The Dublin office was established in 1995. Since then, Structure Tone Dublin has become one of the industry leaders in the Irish market specialising in commercial office fit-outs, retail, mission critical and data centres, building refurbishment and infrastructure upgrades and sustainability and healthcare projects.
We provide a complete range of services, from site selection analysis to design constructability review from corporate interior fit-outs to new out-of-the-ground construction and from aesthetic enhancements to major building infrastructure upgrades, repositioning and modernisation.
Our core sectors are commercial interiors, building refurbishment and infrastructure upgrades and data centre and new-build construction. We have received the ‘Fit-Out Contractor of the Year’ award from the Fit-Out Awards, Ireland in 2023. We are privileged to work with some of the world’s leading companies to create some of the most compelling and innovative spaces, right here in Ireland.
Interiors
Recent projects include Google, Amazon, SAP, Workday, PayPal and Riot Games, as well as Jones Lang LaSalle and MOLA Architecture. We focus on maintaining relationships with long-term clients. Repeat business is the largest part of our completed work.
Refurbishment
We have delivered major refurbishment projects for PayPal, Smurfit Kappa Group, SIG, and Symantec/VeritasGo to https://stobuildinggroup.com/projects/symantec-veritas/. This complex project involved converting an existing warehouse into a 120,000sf modern office location incorporating alterations to the structural steel, the replacement of all roof and curtain walling, extension of the foot plate of the building with new mezzanine floor construction, external civils and landscaping, full fit-out and the installation of all associated mechanical and electrical and plant.
Data Centres
We have completed projects for our local and international mission critical clients in Ireland, including InterxionGo to https://stobuildinggroup.com/projects/interxion/, Telecity, PayPal and Susquehanna International Group. Ireland is an important and growing hub for increasingly complex and sophisticated data centres, and our team provides proven experience to support the market’s needs.
Hotels and Leisure
Our office completed the fit-out works in the renowned Temple Bar Hotel in Dublin City Centre. Because of the quality of our work on the completed phase, we have been selected for the complete renovation of all the guest rooms, reception and bar/restaurant area.
We also completed Tullamore D.E.W.Go to https://stobuildinggroup.com/projects/tullamore-d-e-w/ which was an important moment for the distillery on many levels. Moving the distillery back to its traditional home in Tullamore and providing visitors with a high-quality visitor centre were key to the ambitions of Tullamore. By completing the project on time, Tullamore D.E.W was able to launch their new whiskey in conjunction with the opening of the visitor’s centre and VVIP Hospitality Suite.
